APPLYING FOR YOUR VISA
Step 1: Find Out What Visa You Need, Make an Online Application, and Book Your Appointment
- Before you create a Teleperformance account you should visit the UK government Visas and Immigration website GOV.UK to find out what type of Visa you will need and to begin the application process.
- From the UK government Visas and Immigration GOV.UK website you can pay your application fee and book an appointment at one of our visa application centres.
- Some centres require a fee to use them. You will be able to pay this fee on the UK Visas and Immigration website when completing your application – please bring a copy of the receipt with you to your interview.
- After completing and paying for your application on the UK Visas and Immigration website, you will receive a unique GWF Number – please make note of this as you will need it when registering to the Teleperformance website.
- After selecting an appointment time you will receive an email confirming the date and time of your appointment, the location of the Visa Application Centre and the documents you should bring when visiting the Application Centre.
- You will be able to check your appointment details whenever you log on to the UK Visas and Immigrations website.
Step 2: Register Your Details on this Website
- Once you have booked your appointment, you will need to register your details on this website. If you don't, you will not be able to attend your appointment.
- Once you have registered on this site, Teleperformance can contact you if we need more information about your application.
Step 3: Purchase Optional Added Value Services
- Registration on this website will allow you to choose and pay for a range of added value services that are provided at this visa location. Check the Added Value Services page on this site for more information.
- These services are optional. They are not necessary for you to complete your application and do not influence the outcome.
Step 4: Prepare Your Documents For Your Appointment
- When you attend your appointment at the Visa Application Centre, you will be need to bring a number of documents with you. These include printed copies of your appointment confirmation and online application form, your passport, and any other documents you want considered
- You will need to decide for yourself which documents best show you meet the Immigration Rules. For suggestions about the additional types of documents you might bring, see GOV.UK.
- If you have documents that are not in English or Welsh, you need to provide a full translation that can be independently verified by the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).
- Each translation must include a signed statement from the translator, confirming that it accurately reflects the original document. This statement must be dated in the DD/MM/YYYY and include the translator's full name and contact details.
Step 5: Attend Your Appointment
- You must check in at the Visa Application Centre's welcome desk in person at the time and date stated in your confirmation email. If you are late, you may have to rebook your appointment. This will significantly delay the application process.
- You will then be redirected to an agent who will review your documents.
- Next we will take your photo and fingerprints, known as biometrics. Once this has been done your visa fee is no longer refundable.
Step 6: Visa Processing and Passport Return
- You application will be considered by UKVI, part of the UK government,. Teleperformance does not make any decisions relating to your visa applications.
- UKVI may ask for more information, another document, or for you to attend an interview. If this happens, you will be contacted by email.
- Once your passport has been returned to us, we will contact you by email and update your personal account page on this website. This email will tell you how you can collect your passport from us.
- Following your application, Teleperformance will remove your personal information from its records.
