Our Added Value Services

We offer a number of premium services in our visa application centre in Switzerland.
These services are optional and in no way guarantee getting a visa, an appointment if none are available, or faster processing of your application by UK Visas and Immigration.



Priority Visa Processing €132 (non-settlement)

If you meet the criteria set out below and wish to purchase this service you should log into your personal account on this website, pay the fee and bring evidence of your payment to your appointment at the Visa Application Centre.

Please note that Priority Visa Service appointments are limited. You must book a Priority Visa Service appointment through Visa4UK if you wish to have this service. If you do not have a Priority Visa Service appointment but pay for Priority Visa Service on this website, your application will be considered within our standard processing times.

If you meet the criteria (below), purchasing Priority Visa Service will guarantee that your visa application is placed at the front of the processing queue. Under normal circumstances, Priority Visa Service applications will be processed within 5 working days.

The Priority Visa Service fee is not refundable.

Please note that you should not purchase Priority Visa Service after you have submitted your application.


Only customers who meet the following criteria can use Priority Visa Service:

  • Visit visa applications with evidence of having travelled to and complied with the Immigration Rules of the UK, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand within the last 5 years
  • Tier 2 (Skilled workers) and Tier 5 (Temporary Worker - Creative and Sporting) applicants sponsored by a company/institution listed on the UK Visa & Immigration approved Premium Sponsor list
  • Dependents applying with the above

Customers who fall into the following categories are advised not use the Priority Visa Service:

  • If you have been refused leave to enter the UK, and/or;
  • If you have previously deported, removed, or otherwise required to leave the UK, and/or;
  • If you have overstayed a period of leave in the UK, and/or;
  • If you have had leave to remain in the UK curtailed by the Home Office, and/or;
  • If you have been refused leave to remain in the UK by the Home Office, and/or:
  • If you have been previously refused a visa for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the USA or a Schengen country, and/or
  • If you have been interviewed, detained or prosecuted by the police for any offence in the UK or elsewhere, and/or
  • If you have an unspent criminal conviction in any country, and/or
  • If you have committed a criminal offence in any country.


Courier return service €13,14

Applicants can choose to have their passport returned to them by express courier at the end of the application process.

Teleperformance will process the passport for delivery on the day we receive it back from the decision making centre. Applicants should expect to receive their passport in most cases within 1-3 business days depending on the area selected.

Use of the Return Courier Service is dependent upon availability of courier delivery to the address provided by the applicant and will be determined at the centre at the time of application.

If you wish to use this service, and are eligible to do so, you should log into your personal account on the Teleperformance site and select this option. If you have not already registered, be sure to select this service once you have created your account.

Return Courier Service is available for an additional €13,14 per applicant.Included in the price of the service in Geneva.
